We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, whether you’re in the UK or ordering from abroad.
UK Delivery Options:
1. Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days)
– Cost: £3.99 for orders under £50
– FREE for orders over £30
– Delivered by 6 PM the next working day for orders placed before 2 PM Monday-Friday
2. Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days)
– Cost: £2.99 for orders under £50
– FREE for orders over £20
– Delivered within 2-3 working days
3. Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working day, guaranteed)
– Cost: £7.99
– Guaranteed delivery by 1 PM the next working day for orders placed before 2 PM Monday-Friday
– Includes tracking and signature on delivery
International Delivery:
We use Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked for all international orders.
– Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
– Delivery time: 5-7 working days for most destinations
– Includes tracking and signature on delivery
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied in their country, which will be charged once the package reaches its destination country.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at returns@supplementheroes.co.uk to request a return authorization.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
3. Include your order number and reason for return in the package.
4. Send the package to:

5. We recommend using a tracked service for your return shipment.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
– Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition.
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
– For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent or provide a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
